Works now!
I had many of the problems noted here. I contacted the developer, and he was very helpful with suggestions. He has updated the app several times since the problem opening first happened. In the latest update what worked for me was to open the app twice in a row. The first time it failed, but the second time it opened successfully. The app has been opening fine every since. All of my saved games were there intact. I like the updates in the new version, now that we can duplicate previous games, as with the old version. If you continue to have trouble, contact Dustin.
